TATTOO STUDIO REGULATIONS PANAS

effective from 20 September 2022.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

  1. These Regulations set out the framework for the provision and use of the Studio Services and, together with the Privacy Policy, form an integral part of the contract concluded by the Client with the Studio, regulating in particular:
  • General provisions;
  • Contracting the Service;
  • Deposit;
  • Change of date of the Service;
  • Tattoo pricing;
  • Tattoo design;
  • Contraindications to the Service;
  • Possible complications after the Service;
  • Preparation for the Service;
  • Consent to the Service;
  • Refusal to provide the Service;
  • Payments;
  • Right of withdrawal;
  • Effects of withdrawal from the Agreement;
  • Exclusion of the right of withdrawal;
  • Complaints;
  • Out-of-court complaint and redress procedures;
  • Hygiene standards Studies;
  • Safety during an epidemic state and a state of epidemiological emergency;
  • Rules of order;

  • Final provisions.
  1. The definitions indicated in the Glossary form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and, unless otherwise indicated, have the meaning defined therein. In such case, the definition in these Terms and Conditions is written with a capital letter.
  2. Services are provided by the Studio to clients in the Studio in Warsaw 1 Praski Pułku Street 19/14, 05-075 Warsaw.
  3. The Client is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before signing up for the Service, and to abide by them. Confirmation of enrolment by payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

ARRANGING THE SERVICE

 

  1. Pre-booking of the date for the Service is carried out by the Client in person at the Studio, via the Studio's email: art@gmail.com or other means of electronic communication, in particular instant messaging on social networks (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct ) of the Studio.
  2. Once the Initial Service Date Booking has been made, the Client is required to confirm the Service Date Booking within 3 working days by paying a deposit for the booked Service in the amount indicated by the Studio.
  3. The client is obliged to turn up for the agreed Service on time.
  4. In the event that the Client is late for the agreed Service, the Studio reserves the right to shorten the duration of the Service, of which the Client will be informed before the Service is performed. The Client shall pay the full Fee for the shortened Service.
  5. In the event that the Client is late, the Studio reserves the right to refuse to perform the Service if it is not possible to achieve the desired effect by the Client in the shortened time. In this case, the Studio will retain the deposit previously paid by the Client.
  6. If the Studio cancels the agreed Service and a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded to the Client in the same amount, in case the Client agrees to postpone the booked date of the Service the Studio retains the deposit.
  7. If the performance of the Service is delayed through the fault of the Studio, the Service will not be shortened.

ADVANCE

 

  1. The initial date of the Service is determined when making an appointment. In order to book the date of the Service you need to pay, within 3 working days, a deposit in the amount agreed individually and amounting from 100 PLN for a small tattoo to 300 PLN for a full-day tattoo session, in order to confirm the Service, to the Studio's bank account, in the title of the transfer the Client writes his/her data according to the following scheme: deposit, date of the Service, name, surname.
  2. Failure by the Client to pay the deposit by the specified deadline means that an effective Booking does not take place and the Studio, after contacting the Client again and reminding him/her of the payment of the deposit, will cancel the Initial Booking of the Service date.
  3. If the execution of a Tattoo requires several Tattoo Sessions, when the Client signs up for several Initial Appointment bookings for the Service, a deposit is taken from the first Initial Appointment booking, and the deposit paid once
    goes towards the next Initial Appointment booking, at the last of the scheduled Tattoo Sessions it is credited towards the Remuneration for the Service provided.
  4. The Studio retains the deposit if the performance of the Service does not take place for reasons attributable to the Customer, in particular in the case of:
  • the Customer's no-show for the agreed Service;
  • non-cancellation of the agreed Service;
  • cancellation of the agreed Service with the exception of cases specified in § 4.1 of the Terms and Conditions;
  • the client's ill health not confirmed by a medical certificate;
  • refusal by the Studio to provide the Service for the reasons indicated in § 11 of the Terms and Conditions;
  • non-acceptance by the Client of the Tattoo Design prepared by the Tattoo Artist (in this case the deposit is retained for the time spent by the Tattoo Artist on the design).

CHANGE OF SERVICE DATE

 

  1. The Customer is entitled to change the booked Service date three times without loss of the deposit if this is done up to 3 working days before the agreed Service date. A change within less than 3 working days of the booked Service date will result in the loss of the Client's deposit.
  2. The Studio has the right to change the booked date for the Service if it considers that the Client has contraindications to the Service as described in § 7 section 2 and § 11 of the Regulations. As well as when the physical condition of the client or his/her skin prevents the correct performance of the Service.

TATTOO VALUATION

  1. The remuneration for the Tattoo Session is agreed individually with the client and depends in particular on:
  • The experience of the Tattoo Artist who will create the Tattoo Pattern and then perform the Tattoo Session;
  • The type of Design, its size, its detail and the chosen tattooing technique;
  • The estimated time required for the Tattoo Session (calculated in full-day, half-day or hourly sessions).
  1. Pricing is carried out by the Studio or personally by the Tattoo Artist in consultation with the Client.
  2. The remuneration may be changed in the event of a change in the circumstances indicated in § 5 1 point 2 and point 3 of the Regulations.
  3. In the event that a Tattoo Session is interrupted for reasons attributable to the Client, the Tattoo Session is billed hourly at a rate of 350 PLN per hour, rounded to the nearest whole hour.

TATTOO DESIGN

 

  1. The theme, style, detail and size of the Tattoo Design is agreed with the Client at the Initial Appointment Booking. The Client sets out their expectations by, among other things, providing reference photos and inspiration sent to the chosen Tattoo Artist's email address.
  2. The tattoo design is prepared on the day of the Tattoo Session by the Tattoo Artist based on the description, reference photos and inspiration of the Client provided by the Client up to 30 days prior to the scheduled Tattoo Session or from pre-prepared Tattoo Designs made available on Social Media.
  3. The tattoo session is performed on the basis of an original Tattoo Pattern created by the Tattoo Artist or Free Pattern chosen by the Client. The studio does not make copies of other artists' tattoos. It is possible to carry out a tattoo on the basis of a design/photograph provided by the Customer, in which case the Studio will collect a statement from the Customer that he/she owns the property copyright to use the design/photograph, as well as that the design/photograph does not infringe any personal or property copyrights of third parties, including the right to image and personal goods of third parties and is free from any encumbrances or restrictions of a material or obligatory nature and from legal and physical defects. In the event that the design/photograph provided by the Client, contrary to the Client's assurance, infringes the rights of third parties, the Client undertakes to reimburse the Studio for all costs, damages, losses, not excluding legal fees, which the Studio will incur as a result.
  4. The Tattoo Design is presented to the Client for approval on the day of the Tattoo Session, the Client is entitled to correct the Tattoo Design on the day of the session.
  5. The time taken to make changes to the Tattoo Design on the day of the Tattoo Session shall be counted towards the time of the Tattoo Session, during a full day Tattoo Session the Tattoo Artist may make a maximum of three changes to the design of the Tattoo Design. If multiple changes are made, tattooing will not commence on the day and the Client will be required to pay the Fee for the full day Tattoo Session.
  6. In the event that the Tattoo Design is not accepted by the Client, the Studio retains the deposit for the time spent by the Tattoo Designer on the design, in the event that multiple changes are made to the Tattoo Design which is ultimately not accepted by the Client, the Client shall pay the Remuneration for the time spent by the Tattoo Designer on the design, billed at an hourly rate of 350 PLN (in words: three hundred and fifty PLN), rounded to the nearest whole hour.
  7. Tattooing may commence once the Client has accepted the Tattoo Design in its entirety.
  8. In the event that changes are made to the Tattoo Design after it has been approved by the Client, the Client shall pay an additional Design Fee in an amount to be determined by the Tattoo Artist and dependent on the nature and extent of the changes. The Design Fee shall not be credited towards the Remuneration for the Tattoo Session.

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

 

  1. The Services provided by the Studio involving tattooing may be considered invasive and the Studio therefore recommends any consultation with a medical practitioner prior to pre-booking a date for the Services.
  2. The studio informs you that the following medical conditions are a contraindication to the Tattoo Service:
  • treatment with vitamin A derivatives (e.g. retinoids);
  • epilepsy (epilepsy);
  • skin allergies; in particular allergy to: arsenic, chromium, cobalt, manganese, nickel, cadmium sulphate, mercury sulphide which may be components of the pigment with which the client will be tattooed (in case of doubt, an epidermal patch test should be carried out by a dermatologist);
  • pregnancy and lactation;
  • sunburn;
  • cancer undergoing treatment;
  • acute infectious diseases;
  • viral diseases (e.g. herpes, warts, shingles);
  • bacterial diseases (e.g. impetigo, fungal skin diseases);
  • autoimmune diseases (e.g. atopic dermatitis - AD, eczema, psoriasis, lupus, sarcoidosis);
  • open wounds, irritation or damage to the skin at the site of the service;
  • a tendency to scarring;
  • Crohn's disease;
  • active thyroid disease;
  • blood coagulation disorders (haemorrhagic diathesis, e.g. haemophilia, von Willebrand's disease);
  • HIV or hepatitis virus (Hepatitis) infection;
  • use of blood-thinning drugs (steroids (glucocorticosteroids), aspirin);
  • use of anticoagulants;
  • untreated diabetes;
  • kidney disease;
  • heart disease;
  • hypertension (high blood pressure);
  • skin anomalies (hyperpigmentation, moles in the pigmented (tattooed) area;
  • active acne;
  • post-operative condition;
  • antibiotic therapy;
  • fresh scars in the area where the Service is planned to be performed;
  • Increased body temperature and systemic infection;
  • Adoption of COVID-19 vaccination within 4 weeks prior to the scheduled date of the Service.
  1. A Client who observes the occurrence of any of the contraindications listed in § 7 (2) of the Terms and Conditions should absolutely consult a physician and obtain his/her consent to perform the Service, as well as inform the Studio of the existing contraindications.
  2. In times of a SARS-CoV-2 outbreak, the day before the scheduled Service, the Client is obliged to take his/her temperature and assess his/her current state of health for any symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infection; in case of any doubt, the Client should cancel the arranged Service.

POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS AFTER THE SERVICE

 

  1. Despite exercising the utmost care in performing the Service, the Client may experience the following complications as a result of the Service:
  • extravasation of blood;
  • swelling at the site of the Service lasting up to 3 days;
  • inflammation, including the occurrence of a subfebrile state;
  • occurrence of contact allergy to the pigment in the pigment used;
  • occurrence of a phytotoxic reaction (increased sensitivity of cells to light radiation);
  • the occurrence of granulomas (nodules in the subcutaneous tissue resulting from the accumulation of immune system cells around pigment particles as an expression of the body's reaction to a foreign body in the client's skin);
  • the occurrence of Köbner's sign (Tattooing as a local irritation of the epidermis, stimulating an inflammatory response, can be a trigger for symptoms of certain immune-mediated skin diseases);
  • Pigment migration, i.e. the movement of pigment away from the tattoo site (usually as a result of the immune system's reaction to the pigment used);
  • formation of hypertrophic scars and scarring (usually due to the individual characteristics of clients who are prone to scar overgrowth and scar formation);
  • changing the colour of the Pigment in the Tattoo;
  • viral and/or bacterial infection - especially in the event of non-compliance with post-service care (e.g. folliculitis, infectious impetigo, non-staphylococcal boils, staphylococcus);
  • exacerbation/recurrence/progression of the Client's current/dormant conditions as a result of the Tattoo's weakening of the immune system;
  • muscular atrophy.
  1. In the event that the Client observes complications in himself, he should immediately inform the Studio and contact a doctor in order to obtain medical assistance, which the Studio is not entitled to provide.

PREPARATION FOR THE SERVICE

 

  1. To ensure the safety of the Clients, the performance of each Service in the Studio is preceded, among other things, by: the qualification for the Service to exclude the occurrence of contraindications to the performance of the Service specified in § 7 par. 2 of the Regulations by filling in a health questionnaire, obtaining the Client's consent to the Service and the necessary declarations, as well as instruction on the principles of after-service care.
  2. The client undertakes to provide the Studio's staff with factually correct answers.
  3. Prior to the performance of the Tattoo, the Client is entitled to read the information on the packaging of the Pigments used to perform the Tattoo, the Pigments used shall be recorded by the Tattoo Maker in the Client's card.
  4. The studio is not responsible for post-service complications or side effects of the preparations used if they occur as a consequence of the client withholding information about his/her health condition.
  5. The Studio reserves the right to refuse the Service if the Studio staff member conducting the interview determines that there are contraindications to the Service.

CONSENT TO THE SERVICE

 

  1. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, it shall be a condition of the Studio performing a Service that the Client gives its written consent to the Service on the form used by the Studio. This written consent is required prior to the performance of any Service.
  2. Consent to the Service may be given by a Customer of full legal age with full legal capacity.
  3. The studio does not provide Services to minors.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

 

The Studio reserves the right to refuse the Service in the following cases:

  • when the Customer has not consented to the Service or the consent has not been given correctly, i.e. in accordance with applicable law;
  • if the Client's condition indicates the consumption of alcohol, intoxicants or other drugs that could, in the opinion of the Studio's staff, affect the occurrence of possible complications in connection with the Service or prevent or hinder the performance of the Service;
  • if, in the staff's assessment, the Client is ineligible for the Service in question, including, in particular, the existence of medical or health-related contraindications to the Service;
  • if the Client does not agree to the actions required to properly perform the Service, including, in particular, refusing to provide information or failing to provide the necessary information required for the Studio to properly perform the Service, or failing to complete all applicable and required forms at the Studio;
  • The Customer has failed to pay the deposit in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and as a result the Booking of the date has not taken place;
  • The customer does not comply with the rules of security as indicated in § 19 and § 20 of the Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS

 

  1. The Client has the option to pay for Services at the Studio by cash and card.
  2. The deposit shall be paid according to the rules indicated in § 3 of the Rules.
  3. Services are priced in accordance with the principles set out in § 5 of the Terms and Conditions.

 

  • 13

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the Studio within a period of 14 days without giving any reason, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Studio of his/her decision to withdraw from the Contract by means of an unequivocal statement made by e-mail to: caffeine.tattoo@gmail.com or in writing to the Studio's address. A model withdrawal form is attached to the Regulations. However, the use of the form is only a recommendation, and its non-use in the process of withdrawal from the Agreement does not constitute invalidity of the withdrawal.
  2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract for the Service, in order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send information concerning the exercise of his/her right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

 

In the event of cancellation of the Contract, Studio shall immediately refund to the Customer all payments received, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed Studio of the exercise of the right to cancel the Contract. Studio will refund the payment using the same means of payment as those used by the Customer in the original transaction.

 

  • 15

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

  1. The Customer loses the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the Studio if the Service has been performed by the Studio, including if it has been performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Customer loses the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with the Studio.
  2. The Client shall not be entitled to withdraw from a Tattoo Contract entered into outside the Studio, the Design of which is created by the Tattoo Artist to the Client's order according to the Client's individual preferences (based on the Client's description or references provided to the Tattoo Artist).

COMPLAINTS

 

  1. The Customer shall have the right to complain about the Service, which shall be reported by the Customer as soon as a physical or legal defect in the object of the Service is discovered.
  2. The Customer shall have the right to request a refund of all or part of the costs of the Service or the making of corrections free of charge.
  3. Complaints must be submitted in writing, either in person at the Studio or by registered mail.
  4. The complaint should contain data enabling identification of the Customer, the subject of the complaint and the demands related to the complaint. In the case of receipt of an incomplete complaint, the Studio will call on the Customer to supplement it under pain of leaving the complaint unprocessed.
  5. The studio has 14 calendar days to process the customer's complaint.
  6. If the complaint is successful, the Studio will comply with the Customer's requests.
  7. The Studio has the right to refuse the Customer's complaint. In the event of a refusal, the Customer has the right to appeal the Studio's decision within 14 calendar days. The Studio has 14 calendar days to consider the appeal.
  8. The Studio is not responsible for complications that occur after a correctly performed Service, preceded by qualification for the Service, instructions on contraindications and possible complications, as well as taking consent for the Service from the Client, if no contraindications to the Service were identified during qualification.
  9. The studio is not responsible for complications arising from the client's failure to follow post-service instructions.
  10. A model of the service complaint form is attached to the Regulations. However, the use of the form is only a recommendation and its non-use in the complaint process does not constitute invalidity of the complaint.

OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT AND REDRESS PROCEDURES

 

  1. The Studio agrees to submit any disputes arising in connection with the Service to mediation. Details will be determined by the conflicting parties.
  2. Any disputes related to the Services provided by the Studio will be settled by the common courts and the applicable law is Polish law.
  3. The customer has the option of using an out-of-court procedure for handling complaints and pursuing claims. The rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices and on the websites of district (city) consumer ombudsmen, social organisations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, voivodeship commercial inspection inspectorates and at the following internet addresses of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection:

STUDIO HYGIENE STANDARDS

 

  1. The Studio strictly adheres to the sanitary requirements recommended by the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the guidelines of the Ministry of Health with regard to the maintenance of order and hygiene in the Studio, the preparation of the stand on which the Service will be performed, the obligation to disinfect surfaces in the Studio, as well as the application of procedures appropriate for the handling of medical waste (waste that is generated during the performance of Services during which the continuity of tissue is interrupted).
  2. The workstations intended for the Service and the equipment used during the Service are always disinfected and protected with a disposable film, which is removed after each Service.
  3. The instruments used to perform the Service are disposable or sterilised.
  4. The studio has implemented additional safety procedures during an epidemic state and a state of epidemiological emergency as indicated in § 19 of the Regulations.

SAFETY DURING AN EPIDEMIC OR DISEASE ALERT STATE

 

  1. During the epidemic state and the state of epidemiological emergency related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus epidemic, including in particular the possibility of COVID 19, the Studio follows the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
  2. In order to ensure maximum safety for clients and Studio staff, the Studio has implemented strict sanitary procedures:
  • disinfection procedures for all areas of the Studio accessible to clients and staff are carried out more frequently than recommended. Particular attention is paid to the most frequently touched surfaces, i.e. handles, door handles and countertops, which are disinfected at least once an hour;
  • All service areas, the social room, the bathroom for clients and staff are equipped with certified disinfectant antibacterial liquids. There are also instructions on how to wash your hands properly in the bathroom;
  • air circulation is increased in the Studio to ensure a constant supply of fresh air;
  • In the Studio, clients only use disposable dishes;
  • all waste bins are lockable;
  • live flowers, leaflets, paper versions of price lists and other items that impede reliable disinfection are not displayed;
  • Studio staff are equipped with personal protective equipment, wear protective masks during working hours and are obliged to disinfect their hands frequently.
  1. In order to ensure maximum safety for other Customers and Studio staff, Customers using the Studio's services are obliged to observe safety rules:
  • wearing protective masks covering the nose and mouth before entering the Studio,
  • disinfection of hands with antibacterial liquid upon entering the Studio,
  • to come to the Service unaccompanied, except if the Client requires care, in which case he/she may come with an attendant;
  • to come to the Service without animals, with the exception of assistance dogs.
  1. The Studio's current security policy, including any changes to its content to date, is available at the entrance door of the Studio and on the Studio's website.
  2. The Studio reserves the right to refuse the Service if the Clients do not comply with the rules of safety behaviour.

REGULATIONS

 

  1. Each Client using the Studio Services is obliged to comply with the provisions arising from these Regulations.
  2. The current and consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions, including all previous amendments to their content, is available at the time of enrolment for the Service and at the Studio Reception.
  3. When using the Studio Services, the Customer is obliged in particular to:
  • to be in possession of valid identification documents;
  • to comply with the prohibition of carrying and consuming alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and other substances on the premises of the Studio that could endanger the life or health of the Client or cause or increase the risk of complications both during and after the Service;
  • leave your clothes in the designated place in the Studio for the duration of the Service, and take valuables and money with you under pain of the Studio's non-responsibility for items, valuables and money left unattended. It is recommended to leave valuables at home;
  • For the duration of the Service, the Customer is obliged to switch off all electronic devices, including in particular the mobile phone;
  • respect of property owned by the Studio performing the Services, damage caused through the fault of the Client will be repaired at the Client's expense;
  • keep the areas he uses clean;
  • comply with the recommendations of Studio staff;
  • comply with safety rules and fire regulations.
  1. The Studio's clients cannot:
  • unauthorised use of equipment and tools for the Service;
  • start up and shut down the equipment yourself;
  • enter the premises where the Services are provided without the consent of the Studio's staff.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

  1. The administrator of the clients' personal data is Bartosz Panas conducting business activity under the firm: tattoo studio Pracownia Artystyczna Bartosz Panas, registered at ul. 1 Praskiego Pułku 19 lokal 14, 05-075 Warsaw, NIP: 5342270053, REGON: 142885675. pracowniapanas.pl e-mail: panas.art@gmail.com
  2. The Studio processes the Customers' personal data, inter alia, for the purpose of executing agreements and performing the Services in accordance with the principles indicated in the Privacy Policy available on the Studio's Facebook fanpage.

FINAL PROVISIONS

 

  1. Each Client using the Studio Services is obliged to comply with the provisions arising from these Regulations.
  2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act and other generally applicable regulations shall apply. Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to a given Service shall be settled by the competent court in accordance with the jurisdiction indicated in the Civil Procedure Code.
  3. The Studio reserves the right to modify the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, with the proviso that the changes introduced shall not infringe the rights acquired by the Customers prior to the entry into force of the changes to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. An up-to-date and consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions, including any amendments thereto to date, is available at the time of enrolment and at the Studio Reception.
  5. These Regulations shall enter into force on 20 September 2022.

 

 

Glossary:

 

Working days - days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland as defined in the Public Holidays Act;

Customer - a natural person, provided they have full legal capacity, who enters into an Agreement for the provision of Services with the Studio, under the terms and conditions described in these Regulations;

Design fee - additional remuneration for the time spent by the Tattoo Artist to make changes to the Tattoo Design previously accepted by the Client;

Pigments - mixtures for use in Tattooing, conforming to the current Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive 1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1488/94 as well as Council Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission Directives 91/155/EEC, 93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC, containing on the packaging the information: "Mixture intended for use in tattooing or permanent make-up", the batch number, a list of all the components of the mixture in descending order, information on the presence of any nickel and chromium compounds, an indication of the pH adjusting substances and additional safety information (these may be found on the packaging or in the instructions for use);

Regulations - the contractual terms and conditions of the Services provided by the Studio to the Client;

Booking - an initial booking of a date which has been confirmed by the client through the payment of a deposit under the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions;

Tattoo session - the time of the Service during which a Tattoo Pattern is designed and then transferred to the Client's body by the introduction of Pigment into the Client's dermis by the Tattoo Artist; a full-day Tattoo Session is six clock hours;

Studio - tattoo studio Pracownia Artystyczna Bartosz Panas, registered at ul. 1 Praskiego Pułku 19 lokal 14, 05-075 Warsaw, NIP: 5342270053, REGON: 142885675,

Tattoo artist - artist with the necessary knowledge, experience and technical capacity to perform the Service properly;

Tattoo - The final effect of transferring the Tattoo Design during the Tattoo Session onto the Client's body;

Service - is the service provided by the Studio to the Client of providing a Tattoo based on an approved Tattoo Design, on the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions;

Initial date booking - an initial date for the performance of the Service agreed at the time of arranging the Service, requiring confirmation by payment of a deposit into the Studio's bank account to become a Booking;

Free design - an already designed, ready-made original Tattoo, which the Client can book via the Studio's Social Media or directly at the Studio, according to the terms and conditions described herein;

Remuneration - the price the Client is obliged to pay to the Studio for the Service provided;

Tattoo design - a Tattoo design created by a Tattoo Artist of the Client's choice based on a description or references of the Client provided by the Client within 30 days prior to the appointed Tattoo Session or from pre-prepared Free designs.
